These Terms of Service apply to bonus materials and related pages provided by Carolyn Nice, trading as Work Online With Carolyn (“I”, “me” or “my”). By requesting or accessing my bonuses, you agree to these terms.
1. About these bonuses
The bonuses are created, selected or supplied by Carolyn Nice to support customers who purchase an eligible third-party product through my affiliate link. Unless clearly stated otherwise, I’m not the creator, owner or seller of the third-party product. Product access, features, pricing, support, guarantees and refund decisions are controlled by the product seller and/or payment platform.
2. Bonus eligibility
To qualify for a stated bonus package, you must:
- Purchase the eligible product through my authorised affiliate link while the bonus offer is available.
- Complete the bonus-access form using a valid email address.
- Provide reasonable purchase confirmation, such as an order number or receipt, if requested.
Submitting the form alone doesn’t create eligibility. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed or wasn’t made through my affiliate link, bonus eligibility may end.
3. Bonus access and delivery
After you submit the required details, you’ll normally be directed to the bonus materials or sent access instructions. Please enter an email address you can access and keep your delivery links secure. If you experience a genuine access problem, contact carolyn@workonlinewithcarolyn.com.
4. Personal-use licence
Unless a bonus clearly grants different rights, bonus materials are provided for your own personal or internal business use. You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the materials or access links.
- Upload the materials to public or shared repositories.
- Claim the materials as your own work.
- Copy, alter or use the materials in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on my pages are affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, I may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. You remain responsible for deciding whether a product suits your needs and budget.
6. Third-party products and services
Third-party products and platforms, including WarriorPlus, product sellers, HighLevel and Google Drive, operate under their own terms and privacy policies. I’m not responsible for changes, outages, closures, account restrictions, product performance or decisions made by those third parties.
7. No earnings or results guarantee
My bonuses and content are provided for educational and informational purposes. I don’t guarantee earnings, commissions, traffic, leads, sales, rankings or any particular business result. Results depend on factors including your experience, decisions, effort, market conditions and use of the material.
8. Marketing emails
You don’t have to agree to marketing emails to receive an eligible bonus. If you separately choose to receive them, you may unsubscribe at any time. My use of your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and acceptable use
I aim to keep bonus materials reasonably accessible, but uninterrupted or permanent access can’t be guaranteed. You should download and retain permitted copies. You must not misuse the pages, forms or bonus links, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation or use them unlawfully.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, I’m not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party products, platforms, business decisions or use of the bonus materials.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Work Online With Carolyn Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms when the bonus offer, delivery arrangements, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will show the updated date at the top.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Any mandatory rights you have under consumer or data-protection law remain unaffected.
